১ .শর্তাবলী গ্রহণ :-   

TripNest Limited (TPN) দ্বারা প্রদত্ত যেকোন পরিষেবা ব্যবহার করে, আপনি স্বীকার করেন এবং এই শর্তাবলী মেনে চলতে সম্মত হন। TPN পূর্ব বিজ্ঞপ্তি ছাড়াই এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। ওয়েবসাইট এবং এর পরিষেবাগুলির আপনার ক্রমাগত ব্যবহার কোনও পরিবর্তিত শর্তাদি গ্রহণের ইঙ্গিত দেয়। অবগত থাকার জন্য পর্যায়ক্রমে শর্তাবলী পর্যালোচনা করার সুপারিশ করা হয়।

২.সাধারণ দাবিত্যাগ:- 

ট্রিপনেস্ট লিমিটেড (TPN) ভ্রমণ পরিষেবা প্রদানকারী যেমন এয়ারলাইন্স, হোটেল, দূতাবাস এবং ট্যুর অপারেটরদের সাথে ভ্রমণকারীদের সংযোগ করে। সাইটে প্রদর্শিত তথ্যের যথার্থতা এবং সম্পূর্ণতা প্রতিটি প্রদানকারীর দায়িত্ব। বাজারের অবস্থার পরিবর্তনের ফলে সাইটে ভুল বা পুরানো তথ্য হতে পারে।বুকিং বা ভ্রমণের সময় সমস্যার ক্ষেত্রে, TPN যোগাযোগের বিন্দু হিসাবে কাজ করে এবং ভ্রমণ প্রদানকারীদের আদর্শ নীতি মেনে গ্রাহকদের সহায়তা করার জন্য বাণিজ্যিকভাবে যুক্তিসঙ্গত প্রচেষ্টা চালাবে।

৩.বুকিং শর্তাবলী:- 

TPN একটি ইউজার ইন্টারফেস হিসাবে কাজ করে এবং ভ্রমণকারীদের অবশ্যই বুকিং করার আগে সংশ্লিষ্ট ভ্রমণ প্রদানকারীদের শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হতে হবে।

৩.১  অন্যদের পক্ষে বুকিং:- 

আপনি যদি অন্যদের তরফ থেকে বুকিং করেন, আপনি সেই ভ্রমণকারীদের জন্য প্রধান যোগাযোগ ব্যক্তি হয়ে উঠবেন। এটি করার মাধ্যমে, আপনি নিশ্চিত করেন যে আপনার কাছে তাদের পক্ষে কাজ করার আইনি কর্তৃত্ব রয়েছে, প্রয়োজনীয় সম্মতি পেয়েছেন এবং তাদের এই শর্তাবলী সম্পর্কে অবহিত করবেন এবং তাদের গ্রহণযোগ্যতা নিশ্চিত করবেন। আপনি বুকিংয়ের জন্য সমস্ত অর্থপ্রদান পরিচালনা করার জন্য, প্রয়োজনীয় পরিবর্তন বা বাতিলকরণ সম্পর্কে আমাদের অবহিত করার জন্য এবং অন্যান্য ভ্রমণকারীদের সমস্ত প্রাসঙ্গিক ট্রিপের তথ্য আপডেট করার জন্যও দায়ী। আপনার প্রতিশ্রুতি জড়িত প্রত্যেকের জন্য একটি মসৃণ এবং আনন্দদায়ক ভ্রমণ অভিজ্ঞতা নিশ্চিত করতে সহায়তা করে।

৩.২ কোনো সফর উপাদান অনুপলব্ধতা:- 

“কোনও ট্যুর উপাদানের অনুপলব্ধতা” প্রসঙ্গে এটি এমন উদাহরণগুলিকে বোঝায় যেখানে আপনার বুক করা ট্যুরে অন্তর্ভুক্ত একটি নির্দিষ্ট উপাদান বা বৈশিষ্ট্য অপ্রত্যাশিত পরিস্থিতির কারণে অনুপলব্ধ হয়ে যায়। এটি অন্তর্ভুক্ত করতে পারে, তবে এতে সীমাবদ্ধ নয়:

আবাসন সমস্যা: আপনার থাকার জন্য মূলত যে হোটেল বা লজিং পরিকল্পনা করা হয়েছিল তা অনুপলব্ধ হয়ে যায় বা অপ্রত্যাশিত বন্ধ হয়ে যায়।

পরিবহন সীমাবদ্ধতা: যেকোন পরিবহন মোড, যেমন ফ্লাইট, ট্রেন বা অন্যান্য পূর্ব-বিন্যস্ত উপায়, অনুপলব্ধ হয়ে যায় বা বাধার সম্মুখীন হয়।

কার্যকলাপ বা ভ্রমণ পরিবর্তন: আকর্ষণ, ভ্রমণ, বা ক্রিয়াকলাপগুলি প্রাথমিকভাবে আপনার সফরের অংশ আর অ্যাক্সেসযোগ্য বা উপলব্ধ নয়।

৪. প্রচারের শর্তাবলী:-

ক. TPN পর্যায়ক্রমে প্রচার কোড/ডিসকাউন্ট জারি করে।

খ. TPN পূর্ব বিজ্ঞপ্তি ছাড়াই প্রচারের শর্তাবলী সংশোধন বা প্রত্যাহার করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

গ. বিরোধের ক্ষেত্রে, TPN-এর সিদ্ধান্ত বাধ্যতামূলক এবং চূড়ান্ত।

৫. অর্থপ্রদানের শর্তাবলী:-

ক এই সাইটে অর্থ প্রদান করে, আপনি লেনদেনের যাচাইকরণ এবং বৈধতার জন্য ব্যক্তিগত বিবরণ ব্যবহার করতে সম্মত হন।

৬. ডেলিভারি সময়:-

গ. ট্যুর প্যাকেজ: আপনার প্যাকেজের সাথে জড়িত সংশ্লিষ্ট এয়ারলাইনস, হোটেল এবং পরিবহন সরবরাহকারীদের কাছ থেকে আমরা নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পরেই আপনার প্যাকেজের পরিষেবা ভাউচার, আবাসন, পরিবহন এবং অন্যান্য অন্তর্ভুক্তি সহ জারি করা হয়। যদিও আমরা এই প্রক্রিয়াটিকে ত্বরান্বিত করার জন্য অধ্যবসায়ের সাথে কাজ করি, অনুগ্রহ করে বুঝুন যে পরিষেবা ভাউচার ইস্যু করা আমাদের বিশ্বস্ত অংশীদারদের কাছ থেকে উপলব্ধতা এবং নিশ্চিতকরণের উপর নির্ভরশীল।

৭:- বাতিলকরণ এবং মূল্যফেরত:-

ক. TPN বাতিল/পুনরায় ইস্যু করার জন্য সরবরাহকারী নীতি (এয়ারলাইনস/প্রপার্টি/বাস/ট্যুর অপারেটর) অনুসরণ করে।

খ. রিফান্ড/পুনরায় ইস্যু করার অনুরোধগুলি ভ্রমণের তারিখের ৭২ ঘন্টা আগে TPN দিয়ে নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।

গ. হোটেল/ফ্লাইট/ট্যুরের জন্য ফেরত দেওয়া পরিমাণ ৭ থেকে ২৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে প্রতিফলিত হতে পারে।

d কনভেনিয়েন্স চার্জ যেকোন রিফান্ডের জন্য ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।

চ EMI লেনদেনের জন্য EMI চার্জ প্রযোজ্য।

Transportation Constraints: Any transportation mode, such as flights, trains, or other pre-arranged means, becomes unavailable or experiences disruptions.

Activity or Excursion Changes: Attractions, excursions, or activities initially part of your tour are no longer accessible or available.

However, it’s important to note that the processing time for visas is determined by the embassy or consulate of the country you’re applying to visit. Land Packages: The service vouchers for your land package, including accommodations, transportation, and other inclusions, are issued once we receive confirmation from the respective airlines, hotels, and transportation providers involved in your package. While we work diligently to expedite this process, please understand that the issuance of service vouchers is dependent on availability and confirmation from our trusted partners.

Cancellation, Return, and Refunds

TPN follows supplier policies (Airlines/Properties/Bus/Tour operators) for cancellation/re-issue.

Refund/re-issue requests must be confirmed with TPN 72 hours before the travel date.

Refunded amounts for hotel/flight/tour may be reflected in your account within 7 to 25 working days.

Convenience Charge is non-refundable for any refund.

EMI charges are applicable for EMI transactions.
