Basic Documents
2. Recent 2 copy photographs taken in the last 3 months (white background only, passport size, matte/glossy paper).
3. Bank Statement of the last 06 months with Bank Solvency Certificate (Minimum balance BDT 3,00,000 for each applicant).
4. Visiting Card.
5. NID Translated Copy.
6. Utility Bill Copy of the present address.
1. Renewal Trade license copy with notary public (English).
2. Memorandum for Limited Company.
3. Office Pad / Company Letter Head Pad.
1. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Employer (with an
official Cell phone and TnT numbers).
2. Mandatory official ID card copy.
3. In the case of a Personal Account Statement (Savings
Account) – need to provide the Salary Certificate/Payslip
last 03 months
4. BAR Council Certificate for Advocate.
5. Retirement certificate for Retired Person.
6. For Govt. employees – GO is required with an English
translation notary must be required.
1. Marriage Certificate Copy or Nikahnama or the contract
of marriage (If the spouse’s name is not mentioned in the
Applicant’s passport)

2. Birth Certificate (Only for Child & infant).
