3. Recent 2 copy photographs taken in last 3 months (white background only, photo size 2 inch X 2 inch).
4. Bank Statement last six months with bank solvency certificate (The minimum balance must be BDT 2,00,000)
5. Police clearance (The Embassy might ask for police Clearance. But please don`t make it unless the Embassy asks)
6. TIN Certificate
7. NID Card
8. Round trip air ticket
9. Hotel booking
10. Tour itinerary/plan
1. Renewal Trade license copy with notary public (English
Translated).
2. Memorandum for Limited Company.
3. Office Pad / Company Letter Head Pad.
1. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Employer (with an
official Cell phone and TnT numbers).
2. Mandatory official ID card copy.
3. In the case of a Personal Account Statement (Savings
Account) – need to provide the Salary Certificate/Payslip
last 03 months
4. BMDC certificate for Doctor.
5. BAR Council Certificate for Advocate.
6. Retirement certificate for Retired Person.
7. For Govt. employees – GO is required with an English
translation notary must be required.
1. Marriage Certificate Copy or Nikahnama or the contract of
marriage (If the spouse’s name is not mentioned in the
Applicant’s passport).
